Ron Coomer is a local legend in Minnesota, but Koskie is the future at 3B. However, he also qualifies in the outfield, and the ideal situation the Zingrods (and maybe even for the Twins) would be Koskie splitting time at 3B/OF, David Ortiz at 1B/DH, Coomer at 3B/DH and Butch Huskey at 1B/OF. Four Twins, four Zingrods, four full-time positions, and lots of positional flexibility.
