Apparently Coomer is some kind of folk hero in Minnesota. Who am I to argue? Two of my favorite things came from Minnesota:

Husker Du was a hardcore/alternative crossover band in the '80s, and regardless of what anyone else tells you, "Zen Arcade" is their best album.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 was one of the only shows on TV guaranteed to get at least a couple of genuine, beverage-spewing, eye-watering belly laughs out of me per episode.
