Neagle was a member of the rotation during the Zingrods' Golden Era. A few years back, the Zingrods traded him to the Goat Dogs (that franchise has since changed owners and names). I assure you that the fact that the Goat Dogs' owner was the Zingrods' owner's wife had nothing do do with it. The Zingrods got several quality players in return. I mean it. Really. Anyway, it took a while, but we got him back, and although it cost Poochy Everett, it will hopefully be worth it.
Update 10-14-1999: By September, it finally looked like Neagle-for-Everett wasn't a total bust. In fact, between Neagle and Millwood, the Zingrods moved up from 8th place to 5th in the last two weeks of the season.
